Cuando se trata de entrenamiento de la fuerza, la mayoría de nosotros se adhieren a las pesas y máquinas habituales o que pueden aventurarse a las máquinas de cable o de movimiento libre en el gimnasio. Lo que no se ve mucho es el trabajo con bandas de resistencia.
Las bandas de resistencia, pueden formar parte de tu ejercicio durante el viaje o añadir variedad a sus bandas habituales de resistencia. Loop puede ser utilizado para entrenamiento de velocidad y agilidad, crossfit, ejercicios de peso corporal, entrenamiento Strongman y también para el estiramientos.
La resistencia se siente diferente? Cuando se utiliza pesas, la gravedad decide de donde viene el peso, por lo que se obtiene una mayor resistencia durante una parte del movimiento (como el repunte de un curl de bíceps) que el otro (la recesión). Con bandas, la tensión es constante, lo que hace que se sienta más difícil.
Sepa cómo usarlos. Puede ser confuso tratar de encontrar la manera de utilizar una banda. Tenga en cuenta que usted puede realizar los mismos ejercicios como lo hace con los pesos libres – la diferencia radica en el posicionamiento de la banda.
